 Brief History
Lincoln Hills was originally developed in the late 1960's and early 70's.
The photo to the left shows the early stages of development.
Lincoln Hills is an exclusive guard gated community of 53 custom homes, nestled into and surrounded by the Phoenix Mountain Preserve - the largest urban park in the country, with direct access to miles of hiking trails.
The architectural character and design of many of the homes in Lincoln Hills is considered today as classic Mid-Century Modern Architecture.
 Today Lincoln Hills is still considered the premier hillside gated community in Phoenix. Centrally located, within minutes of Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale, The Biltmore area, and Sky Harbor airport.
Most of our home sites offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the city skyline.
 24 Hour Guard Gated Entry
Lincoln Hills has a 24 hour guard gated entry from Lincoln Drive. This is the only vehicular access point in and out of the community.
 Pool and Tennis Court
Lincoln Hills has a community swimming pool and tennis court available for use by residents.
 The Park
The community park includes a large grassy area for picnics and recreation. Amenities also include a sports court and toddler swing set and play areas.
The annual HOA meetings are held here in the fall of each year.
